Returns Policy
1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:
• In the same condition as when you received it;
• Unworn and unused;
• With all original tags attached;
• In its original packaging;
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package and contact us immediately if:
• The item is defective or damaged;
• You received the wrong product.
This allows us to quickly assess and resolve the issue.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants);
• Custom-made or personalized products;
• Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics);
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
• Promotional items or gift vouchers.

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, simply place a new order for the desired product.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period for EU Orders)
If the order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without needing to provide an explanation. The same return conditions apply (item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact, plus a receipt or proof of purchase).
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
• Your refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days using your original payment method.
• Please note that the refund may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card account due to processing times.
